What we are building next
Four common areas are finished and twenty-four homes are built and in use. This page is about the part that does not exist yet: the homes and the spaces we are working towards, drawn by our architects.
Everything below is a visualisation. Not one image on this page is a photograph. They are computer-generated drawings of what we intend to build, and the finished construction may differ in design, materials, dimensions, finishes and surroundings. Nothing here is a contractual commitment or an offer of a specific property.
THE HOMES
The studio
The smallest permanent home, one room and a terrace.
The design our architects are working from for the studio: a single open room with the bed, the seating and the desk in one space, and the whole wall facing the terrace opening to the outside.

The beachfront villa
A single-storey villa with its own pool, facing the water.
One level, a long roof line, and the pool between the house and the sea. This is the type that gives the beachfront row its shape.
The custom villa
For owners who want their own architecture on their own plot.
Not a catalogue model. This one was drawn for a specific plot and a specific owner, and it is here to show how far the design can go when someone wants something of their own.
The mansion
The largest home, on the elevated line above the beach.
Long horizontal roof, an infinity pool that reads as an extension of the sea, and the main rooms opening onto it.

The beach club
The pool and the pavilion on the sand, for everyone who lives here.
A long pool parallel to the water with the pavilion behind it. It is the common area we are working towards next.
And this is what already exists
Drawings are easy. What matters more is what is standing. Twenty-four homes are built, four common areas are finished and in use, and there are more than two kilometres of beach. All of it is photographed, dated and open to visit. Come and check any of it in person.
