Growing Roots
March has been a month of growth,literally and figuratively.
New team members, new infrastructure, new website features, and the green is taking over Eco Beach City. Here's everything that's happening on the ground and online.
New Faces Joining the Team
These are just some of the latest additions to our growing team. Behind every pathway, every garden, every building, there are real people from Sumba. Thanks to you, we're able to create employment and support families with very limited resources on the island. And this is only the beginning.
Thanks to You, We Create Jobs
Among the latest hires: 4 gardeners from local villages who are already transforming the landscape, but they're not the only ones. New security staff, housekeeping, kitchen support, and event coordinators are also joining week by week.
As the project grows, we plan to employ up to 50 local people, in gardening, maintenance, construction, hospitality, and more. Every hire is a family in Sumba with more stability and hope.

Solar Power & Laundry Room
Energy independence is almost here. Professional installation coming in April.
Solar Battery System
The solar battery room is almost complete. In April, a professional team will arrive to install the full battery and solar panel system.
This is a critical upgrade. In Sumba, the public electricity grid is unreliable, frequent outages can last hours. With our solar battery system, Eco Beach City will have stable, 24/7 power independent of the grid.

Laundry Room

Construction Progress
Walls up, tiles going in, and the villas are taking shape.
Construction continues at a steady pace. Interior tiling is underway in the next batch of Founder Homes, while previously completed villas are already landscaped with gardens, wooden terraces, and parasols. Each month brings more visible progress on the ground.

We've been busy improving the platform for both investors and visitors.

Our support system now uses AI to draft faster, smarter replies to investor tickets, learning from every interaction to improve over time.
Smarter Ticket System
The AI now reads full conversation history and investor account data before drafting replies, so it never asks for documents already uploaded.

Multi-language Support
The website now supports 11 languages and auto-detects your location to show the right one. Español, Deutsch, Français, and more.
