Closing the Year with Momentum
December closes a long and demanding year for Eco Beach City.
It has been a year with challenges, adjustments and a lot of work on the ground, but also a year where real progress has continued to take shape month by month.
As we enter the holiday period, the project is more defined, more structured and better prepared for what comes next.

At this stage, we are waiting for the arrival of new furniture and final interior installations to make these areas fully operational.
Final detailing, equipment setup and furnishing are underway to ensure these spaces open properly and at the right quality level.
Operational Readiness & Team Growth
As we prepare these areas for daily operation, we are also strengthening the on-site team.
We are currently hiring across several operational and hospitality roles to support the next phase of Eco Beach City and ensure smooth day-to-day management once these facilities are open.

Building a solid local team is a key part of making the resort work well over the long term.
Investor Dashboard & Profile Review
As you already know, the Investor Dashboard is now live and is the central place to manage all investor information.
Through the dashboard, investors can:
- Upload contracts and payment documents
- Complete and update personal details
- Access official documentation and notifications
Our team is currently reviewing all investor profiles and documents one by one.
This verification process takes time, but it is essential to ensure accuracy and long-term clarity for everyone.
If you have uploaded your information correctly, there is nothing else you need to do.
You will be contacted only if something is missing or requires clarification.

Looking Ahead to 2026
As the year comes to an end, we want to share a clear focus for the months ahead.
Investor Alignment
We are actively working on bringing in up to 20 new beachfront villa investors on the first oceanfront line.
This will allow:
- The entry of new long-term aligned investors
- A structured exit for approximately 150 investors who have expressed the wish to leave the project
Our objective is simple.
By 2026, Eco Beach City should be formed by people who genuinely want to be here, who are aligned with the vision and who want to build and create together over the long term.
This process is intentional and necessary for the next stage of the project.
Collective Progress
Eco Beach City continues to move forward as a collective project, funded and built step by step by its investors.
Despite the difficulties experienced during 2025, progress has remained visible and continuous.
