The Laundry Is Finished
One of the key shared facilities for the community is officially complete.
The new laundry building is fully built and ready to enter service. Designed to handle the growing volume of guests, residents and short-term rentals, it will run on our upcoming solar system : meaning zero grid dependency, zero downtime. Another box checked, another piece of the operational backbone in place.

The Wild Horses of Sumba
Caught on camera right next to our land. Wild horses still roam free across Sumba, and yes, they pass by Eco Beach City too.
Sumba is one of the last places on Earth where wild horses still roam freely across savannahs, beaches and rice fields. They've been part of the island's identity for centuries, deeply tied to local culture, ceremonies and the famous Pasola festival. Seeing them gallop near our beachfront is a daily reminder of what makes this island so different: untouched nature, real ecosystems, real freedom.
