That is the whole price, in either of the two places. If you also want a house standing on your plot, there is a second option with the Beach Cabin built on it.

The full day with me, your plot inside the residence, a percentage of the venture builder, my templates and flows, and my phone number for three months.

Nothing is built on the plot. You decide later whether to keep it, sell it or build — and you can decide never.

Everything above, plus the Beach Cabin built on your plot: €6,500 for the day, the land and the %, and €30,000 for the construction.

The Beach Cabin is the prefab home of about 25 sqm that you can see further down this page. Payable in instalments, with no bank and no interest.

You do not have to decide now. Taking the first and adding the house later costs exactly the same as taking the second — the form below just asks which one you have in mind.

## This is the ground your plot comes out of.

## What you do with the plot is up to you. Including nothing.

The plot is yours from the day it is signed, on an 80-year leasehold, with no monthly fee. Everything below is optional and none of it commits you to anything.

### Keep it

Do nothing at all. There is no monthly fee and no deadline to build. It simply stays yours.

### Sell it

It is yours to resell whenever you want. I will not pretend that is quick: resale here is slow, and a plot can sit listed for a long time before it moves. Buy it for what it is, not as a trade.

### Build the Beach Cabin on it

€30,000 for the construction. The land is already yours, so that price is the building alone (construction only; €36,500 with the land). Furniture, foundation and the electricity and water connection included. Payable in instalments, with no bank and no interest.
