What the seat costs, plainly
- €3,500, paid once. Not a subscription, not instalments.
- Applying is free. The payment is made only after your 15-minute call, by bank transfer, and only if we both want to go ahead.
- Your 50% comes from experiences that actually take place. If none are booked from your country in a year, there is nothing to share that year.
- It is a title in the community: not property, not a share, not an investment, and not a job.
Who is behind it
- A registered company in Indonesia Company registration, tax number and land registry, open for anyone to read.
- Courts ruled in our favour In September 2026 the Surabaya Court and Spain's Audiencia Nacional ruled in favour of the company and its founder.
- Already built, already lived in 24 homes, padel and tennis courts and a coworking by the ocean, with a local team on site 365 days a year.
- The founder reads every application Carlos speaks with every Founder before anything is paid.
