Hello! We hope your summer has been as productive as ours. We haven’t even taken Sundays off, and as usual, we’re sharing the main updates in this monthly newsletter.

 

Construction: The Future Takes Shape!

The road connecting the main highway to the beach area and the construction of bathrooms and storage is taking shape. Soon, you can travel that path to your future homes! Additionally, we are finishing up the housing for workers and future employees—the first step in seeing our community grow!

Connection: The World at Our Fingertips!

We now have Internet on the premises! (Image attached) The country’s largest company, Telkomsel, has installed an antenna in Marlboro, just 5 minutes from our land. But we’re still waiting for Elon Musk’s invention—Starlink is coming! Soon, we’ll be able to do live broadcasts directly from the glamping site 😉

 

Glamping: Our Home is Near!

Our glamping units are en route to Sumba and will arrive this September. Get ready to live a unique experience of comfort and connection with nature!

Lastly, our founder, Carlos, took advantage of his visit to Sumba to sign the acquisition of 300,000 sqm more for the Foundation. The photo was taken at the Sima Sumba Hotel, which we always recommend to all investors who visit us.
